Tero has led drug discovery and medicinal chemistry in over 10 candidate-leading programs in the Pharma industry in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and the UK. His inventions have led to several phase II studies and a marketed drug. Tero is author and inventor in 15 original drug candidate patents. One of the successes is the discovery program of Linustedastat (FOR/OG-6219), a Novel Finnish endometriosis candidate drug currently owned by Organon & Co.
